Returns Web Order Return Policy

We hope you love the items that you purchase from us, but we understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned, perhaps because it was not the right item or it did not arrive as expected. When it comes to returns, we work to make the process as streamlined and as easy as possible.


For items purchased on our store website, we accept returns for most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items that are delivered to our customers damaged or incomplete can also be returned.

Items that cannot be returned include opened music cds, opened DVD's, face masks, clearance items, items marked as final sale, items that have been customized, personalized, engraved or embossed, or otherwise altered from their original state.  

If you need to return an item, please contact us using the form below with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


You should expect to receive your refund within one week after we receive your return. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipping carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1-2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3-5 business days).
